OSSO Collective aims to stimulate a conversation between its associated artists and the wider artistic and research community. This includes national and international partners as well as resident researchers invited or hosted through Open Calls. With a strong focus on practice-based approaches, the collective promotes experimental methodologies that underscore artistic processes as dynamic and plural systems.
Our research programme involves a range of activities either internally, or in conjunction with local, national and international partners – academic and non-academic. These include residencies, open days, workshops, focus groups, colloquia, as well as different kinds of publications. These activities allow us to further develop the various artistic projects while reflecting critically on their creative process, and implications on the local and wider community.
These activities are distributed across different research categories that comprehend the developments of ongoing projects and their strategic concerns: Expansive Territories, Pedagogical Perspective, and Previous Research.
