Mushroom Watching Workshop

Workshop Ricardo Ferreira with children from 6 to 12 and families.

This time we leave our workshop and head for the Vimeiro National Forest. After a brief introduction to the kingdom of fungi and its ecological importance, we’ll learn to identify different types of mushrooms and the techniques used to harvest, transport and cook them. And since those who pick have the right to taste, we’ll end our workshop with a little picnic.
