Cinema Workshop

Workshop by Ângela Bismarck for children aged 6 to 12.

This workshop is divided into two parts and begins with a short introduction to the stages and resources of cinematographic creation, with an emphasis on the function of light in cinema. For a better understanding of the practical component, 3 scenes from different films are projected, deconstructing the lighting used in a simplified way.
The second part involves a practical approach to the examples seen where the children are invited to create a set and be distributed among the positions needed to create a film, such as the director, actors and director of photography. In this scenario, ambiences will be created with inspiration from the 3 scenes initially projected, using lighting as the main tool. It ends with a screening of the footage and a brief discussion about it.
