SCHOOL OF LABYRINTHS: 17 – 18 October 2025, Arquipélago – Contemporary Arts Centre (São Miguel)
Workshop–Installation–Performance “The City Without Doors and Windows” For children aged 6 to 10
In this labyrinth-city—an architecture of paper already born as a ruin—children were invited to discover pathways, sounds, shadows, imaginary animals, dancing words and drawings inhabiting the space.
Working in small groups, participants explored different layers of this city through a series of workshop-based and performative devices, moving between drawing, sound, architecture and poetry. They were encouraged both to soar above the city and to immerse themselves in its smallest and most microscopic materials and details.
The installation was activated as a living territory, continuously transformed through collective action.
