Silva<\/strong>, <strong>Bruno Pereira<\/strong>, and <strong>Lu\u00eds Vicente<\/strong>, which revolves around ideas drawn from jazz, noise, and drone. It&#8217;s an open, improvised, and distinctly exploratory dialogue, grounded in practices common to the trio &#8211; noise\/silence, abstract\/concrete, melodic\/dissonant, bitter\/sweet. In 2021, they released a split album on the Dutch label Faux Amis and their debut record &#8216;Mata-Mata,&#8217; under the Portuguese label Favela Discos. More recently, and after a residency with local musicians in Prague, the trio has been working on a new recording that is more collaborative and open in nature.<\/p>\n<p><strong>21h \/ DELPHINE DORA [Igreja de S\u00e3o Greg\u00f3rio]<\/strong><br \/>\nConcert under the partnership of <strong>OSSO<\/strong> and <strong>Appleton \u2013 Cultural Association<\/strong>. This concert is part of the program of <u><a href=\"https:\/\/arquivo.osso.pt\/programacao-3\/eira\/eira-7\/\">EIRA#7<\/a><\/u>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>22h \/ CH\u00c3O MAIOR<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ch\u00e3o Maior<\/strong> is a formation composed of <strong>Yaw Tembe<\/strong> (composition, trumpet), <strong>Norberto Lobo<\/strong> (guitar), <strong>Ricardo Martins<\/strong> (drums), <strong>Leonor Arnaut<\/strong> (vocals), <strong>Jo\u00e3o Almeida<\/strong> (trumpet), and <strong>Yuri Antunes<\/strong> (trombone), musicians originating from different backgrounds, from rock, jazz, folk to marching bands. In this project, all these influences are explored in a transparent manner, with the aim of creating a space of communion, a horizontal space where composition and improvisation coexist, drawing closer to the social systems embedded in the music of Sun Ra, Eddie Gale&#8217;s Ghetto Music, or Ornette Coleman&#8217;s concept of Harmelodics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>23h \/ ERIC CHENAUX<\/strong><br \/>\nConcert under the partnership of <strong>OSSO<\/strong> and <strong>Appleton \u2013 Cultural Association<\/strong>.
